Keystone Pipeline leaks 210,000 gallons of oil in South Dakota. That's not the only leak it's have, or probably will have. Here, it leaked 210,000 gallons.
"In April 2016, there was a 400-barrel release -- or 16,800 gallons -- with the majority of the oil cleanup completed in two months, Walsh said. About 5,000 barrels of oil spilled Thursday."
What I'm concerned about is if that oil could infect the Ogallala Aquifer. With that being such a risk, I don't see why it couldn't be all done in North Dakota, or South. Why does it need to go further into the US, down to Texas, even? Keep it up there, and away from that water supply.
