I've been part of several Fathers' Rights groups on Facebook, and the stories on these are appalling. They're also multinational (using domain codes): US, UK, CA, AU, ZA, and many more.

This is the location my ex and her folks held my boys, and 2 other minors, for about a year: July 2021 - July 2022.

Why were we there? Because her father's a junker, and they let their large dog run wild, biting multiple people at the trailer park we lived at. Then, instead of just moving out, he and my ex decided to stage his junk on our lot, getting us evicted. My truck to haul the trailer had been very unreliable, dying out at random points, and we were only supposed to be visiting there while we awaited the birth of our second kid. It took a few months for me to finally decide, after tons of dead ends, and speaking with whom I thought to be more stable members of her family, that we would go back to the WA/ID area. I would take the trailer, and she and the boys would stay in the large trailer, with her sibs (7 and 14). After I got established (I was working on my realtor license, and a few other things), they would come up, which was a lie. The only reason I agreed was because her mom gave her word to help. I made multiple proposals, from WA, to get them out of the dump in NE, including I'd cover most travel costs between the 2, or fly down, and we'd drive up. All were refused.

This isn't the only dump, either. At this one, a 4 year old boy died. The dad lied, saying the boy fell from a parked truck. The autopsy says it was impact by an auto.

This truly is Satan's world (for now), where any judge would decide the mom should have (temp) custody, and I need only have limited visitation rights, AND pay blood money.

I'm not the only dad going through this. Stats show that dads have had done better jobs of raising kids alone, then moms. Many kids of single moms face abuse (such as from new "boy friends"), do worse in school (dropping out sooner), have increased tendencies to commit suicide, and other disturbing trends. Obviously, the best is to have both parents. However, when a mom (and her family) continue to pose threats to the kids, and others, such a thing is no longer possible...and modern day pharisees felt that reporting such abuse is "Ungoldy...taking revenge...being unforgiving..." The reality is that they've not been reporting such things (as mandated court reporters), and don't (IMO) want it to come out that they've done so, which carries criminal consequences.

I'll periodically make blog posts on this, for those who are concerned, or want to "follow the story."
