Constitutional or Other Rights Violated

Do you, or someone you know, have had your rights violated (sorry, only for those in America; I don't have data for other nations)?
If ANY public official has violated your rights, under this, you can sue them, for compensation and other remedies. This is meant as a way to hold them accountable for abuses. Most of us don't know our rights, and as such, remain victims of the abuse. If you know of anyone who have had their rights abused, this is one of your main remedies.
They will try to claim immunity. However, "...an unconstitutional action..." is void, and such immunity is then void:
- Owen v City of Independence, 445 US 622
- Ex Parte Young, 209 US 13 (1908)
- Hummer v Mayor & City Council of Ocean City, 632 F.2d, 371, 372, (4th Circuit, 1980).
Also, just in case they may try to say something in another city/state doesn't apply:
SCOTUS has ruled that merits of a case, settled in one state, must be recognized by others.
Also, see:
- Ableman v. Booth 62 US 506
- Howlett v. Rose, 496 US 356 (1990)
- Cooper v. Aaron, 358 US 1) (1958)
- Bulloch v. United States 763 f 2d 1115,
- Mills v. Duryee, 1t1 US (418) (1813)
